Mock Plumbing & Mechanical, Inc. is very proud of our employees' efforts to complete our projects on time via high quality, efficient work. However, it is not enough that we work well... we must also work safe! Mock administration and field employees are committed to safety. As evidence of our commitment, Mock, along with the local chapter of the Associated Contractors of America, has developed a Safety Program dedicated to the elimination of job-site and "off the job-site" related accidents. Each Mock installation crew arrives equipped with OSHA approved material safety programs, as well as instruction in the proper usage of power tools and material. Our company Policy Manual outlines proper job-site behavior, reporting of unsafe conditions, and reporting of accidents. Our daily job reports chronicle job-site activities and work conditions. Our field superintendents are required to participate once a year in a Mock Plumbing & Mechanical, Inc., sponsored and conducted Safety Seminar. Each of our employees also participates in a drug testing program. Refrigerants and other hazardous material are handled only by personnel trained and certified in their proper usage and disposal. And finally, as a reward for working safe, Mock Plumbing & Mechanical, Inc., sponsors a Safety Incentive Program to allow employees the opportunity to win prizes and recognition for their efforts.
