Mock Sponsors Life-Saving Body Armor for SCCPSS K9
K9 Tina, an explosives detection dog owned by the Savannah Chatham County Public School System, recently received her much needed life-saving body armor, courtesy of Mock Plumbing & Mechanical, Inc. in Savannah.
K9 Tina is assigned to Islands High School but covers all 49 schools in the district. A valuable asset to the local public schools, Tina is certified to detect bombs and guns.
Most small police departments don't have budgets to cover expensive equipment like ballistic vests and that's where Mock Plumbing & Mechanical's role as a community business partner makes important resources like this protective body armor a reality.
The management team and employees at Mock Plumbing & Mechanical, Inc. are proud to do their part in making our local schools a safer place to learn.
